Arrangement of leave for private sector employees
In the United Arab Emirates, various types of leave arrangements have been made for employees to avoid facing more difficulties. It has been reported that in the United Arab Emirates, private sector employees are given a 10-day leave for sitting in exams every year.
Who is eligible for this facility?
According to the UAE labor law, employees who are studying in recognized educational institutions in the UAE are eligible for a 10-day leave every year. However, this leave is only granted when the employee has been working with the employer for a minimum of 2 years.
According to information obtained from the official website of the UAE, this leave benefit is only given to employees who have been working with their employer for at least 2 years. Female employees are also provided with a 60-day maternity leave facility.
