Artificial Intelligence Initiatives:
The digital transformation strategy of DTC includes 45 initiatives, including artificial intelligence (AI). These initiatives aim to improve customer experience and service delivery. They include the development of an automated AI chatbot for customer inquiries, a voice virtual assistant at the call center to respond to customer requests and queries, a system for taxi demand forecasting based on recorded data, and a driver face recognition system to verify driver identity and enforce safety measures.
AI Driver Identification and Enhanced Customer Experience:
The strategy also includes the development of a customer voice recognition system to verify customer identity and enhance the customer experience. This will enable DTC to provide personalized services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Smart Revenue and Internet of Things (IoT):
In the smart revenue domain, DTC is developing points of interest on its app that provide commercial highlights and a school bus tracking system, enabling parents to track their children’s journeys, streamline administrative processes, and make payments through the portal. The IoT initiatives focus on developing a system to automate processes using AI.
Smart City and Big Data:
The smart city aspect involves integrating DTC’s e-services with service sites, enabling external customers to access DTC services. The use of big data includes a smart rating scale for drivers by customers using the DTC app. It also involves data reorganization in DTC’s data centers for data integration, analysis, decision-making, and future forecasting. These services are all brought together under DTC’s unified platform, which integrates external and internal systems through secure channels.
Governance, Security, and System Upgrades:
This aspect focuses on the security of DTC’s databases and monitoring systems to prevent disruptions caused by server downtime
