Synergy Expat Jobs, a leading media house with a strong presence in News Television and Digital Media, is currently seeking an experienced Regional Head for Ad Sales. The position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and new business development.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the product, its strengths, positioning, content etc, to be used effectively in pitches.
- Maintain a macro view of the region, account clusters, media plans, and revenue potential.
- Network and build strong relationships at senior levels with clients as well as agencies to understand business trends and revenue potential.
- Independently lead complex negotiations with clients/agencies, including managing escalations in case of servicing challenges.
- Monitor competition (sales strategy, shows, clients) and market trends to develop strategies to maximize market share.
- Deliver maximum value on deals by taking complete ownership of deal execution, client servicing, and post-evaluations of campaigns.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliance guidelines.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Identify opportunities for additional revenue sources through non-FCT avenues – Brand Solutions, IP’s and events.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Around 7-8 years of sales experience, preferably in media ad sales.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of products and markets.
- Proficient in concept and perception sales.
- Strong client relations in the region, especially with varied business segments and categories.
- Access to Key Decision Makers at the client as well as agency level.
- Ability to read and interpret numbers, and make informed decisions based on data.
- Collaborative with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Capability to learn and keep pace with the evolving media industry.
