GulfHindi English Desk: The Pragati Maidan tunnel in Delhi has been temporarily closed for road traffic due to heavy rainfall causing waterlogging in various parts of the city. The decision to close the tunnel was made to ensure the safety of commuters.

Meanwhile, the water level in the Yamuna River has reached a record high of 203.33 meters at the old railway bridge at 8 am. The danger level of the river is 204.50 meters. A total of 2.79 lakh cubic meters of water was released into the Yamuna River from the Hathin Kund Barrage this morning.
